Your 165 Sky Dining Experience includes:
- Your evening begins in the VIP Lounge, where you will be checked-in and personally escorted to our exquisitely spacious capsule, setting the perfect ambience for special occasions.
- Kickstart your 90-minute culinary adventure by exciting your taste buds with a constantly evolving amuse-bouche (chef's selection of the night), followed by a starter and an appetiser.
- For your main course, choose from four meticulously crafted options, featuring the finest ingredients and showcasing the culinary artistry and technical prowess of our chefs.
- Sip on a diverse selection of Nespresso Coffee or Gryphon Tea to cleanse your palate.

Booking: This is NOT your confirmation. Booking will be processed once purchased and you will receive a separate email for the Confirmation.

- Bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance.
- You must book a private capsule if your group consists of 5 diners or more, or includes children under 7 years old.
- Children under 7 years old are not permitted in shared capsules.
- All guests, including those aged 7 to 12, will be charged the full price of 165 Sky Dining.
- Outside food and drinks are prohibited, with a corkage fee applicable for guests intending to bring their own bottles.
- To ensure a safe and delightful experience, bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled in the event of flight suspension due to inclement weather
- For dietary restrictions, special arrangements and rescheduling requests, kindly email our customer service team at least 3 days before your reserved dinner. Please note that we do not provide refunds for cancellations or rescheduling in the event of a no-show.
