AltitudeX (former iFly)

Step into AltitudeX Indoor Skydiving’s state-of-the-art wind tunnel and experience the rush of skydiving - without ever boarding a plane. Feel the incredible sensation of free fall as you soar weightlessly in the strong but smooth streams of wind, enjoying all the thrill of skydiving in a completely safe, controlled environment.

Start your adventure with a short training session led by a certified instructor, who’ll guide you through the basics of body position and flight techniques. Once you’re ready, gear up in your flight suit, helmet, and goggles, then step into the flight chamber and let the wind lift you off your feet!

Your instructor will be right there with you as you soar, spin, and hover mid-air. Feel the adrenaline, the weightlessness, and the pure joy of flight - then touch down, catch your breath, and get ready to fly again.

Operating hours

Monday to Friday 11:00hrs - 21:00hrs
First flight time: 12:00 / Last flight time: 20:30

Saturday to Sunday / Public Holiday 10:00hrs - 21:00hrs
First flight time: 11:00 / Last flight time: 20:30

How to redeem
Option 1: Show the valid eVoucher(s) to AltitudeX customer service counter to book for your flight. Flight is subject to availability.
Option 2: Advance reservation request is required (at least 3 working days in advance) and booking confirmation is subject to availability. Kindly send an email to info@sg.altitudex.com. Please attach valid eVoucher(s), stating preferred flight date, flight time, number of participant(s), full name(s) and date of birth(s). Any reservation request without valid eVoucher(s) will be denied.

Who Can Fly / Eligibility

Participants must be 7 years of age according to the birthdate on the day of flight; must not be over 120kg if shorter than 1.8m; must not be over 140kg if taller than 1.8m; must not be pregnant; must not have previous shoulder dislocations, back/neck injuries or heart problems; must not be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs; must not be wearing a hard cast.

Waiver Form

1. Participants must complete the AltitudeX waiver form.
2. Participants under 18 years of age must have signed permission from a parent or guardian.

Pre-Flight Requirements

1. Participants are required to check-in 1 hour before the flight time for professional training; to ensure safety throughout flight experience; and gearing up.
2. Participants must be able to fit comfortably into our flight gear and safety helmets.
3. Dress comfortably. Ladies are advised not to wear skirts or dresses.
4. Ladies with long hair are advised to tie up their hair to minimise messy knotty hair.
5. Wear well fitted laced up sneakers/shoes so that they can be tightened before the flight. They are available for rent at S$4.00 with a pair of iFly Singapore Socks.
6. Avoid wearing accessories like necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches, etc.
7. Lockers are available for rent onsite.
8. Participants are required to present a Photo ID / Passport (digital or physical copy) for verification during check-in.
9. Strictly NO photography / videography is allowed directly in front of wind tunnel.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

1. No rescheduling on the day of flight. Any rescheduling required before the day of flight shall have a charge of S$30.00 per participant.
2. Any no shows or rescheduling on the day of flight shall be subjected to a 100% cancellation fee. No show is defined as being late for check-in.
3. There shall strictly be no refund for any flight cancellation, no show or late check-in.
4. In the event that AltitudeX exercises any discretion for refund for exceptional cases, there shall be an administrative fee of S$30.00 to be charged. This shall include situations such as but not limited to wrong booking, double booking, medical condition, etc.
