Batam Fast Ferry (Harbourfront/Tanah Merah to Batam Centre | Tanah Merah to Nongsapura)

Batam Fast Ferry Pte Ltd has 25 ferries in total operating daily with more than 35 departure schedules between 6 terminals, on 5 routes. It is a mere 45 to 70 minutes ferry ride from Singapore to Batam and vice versa. The regular ferry service provides passengers ease of travel to and from Batam via Singapore.

Passports, Visas, and other entry requirements
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport and travel documents (visas etc) and comply with the entry, exit, transit, or other requirements of the countries that they are traveling to. Passengers may be refused entry into a country if they do not possess the required travel documents. BatamFast will not be liable in any way for any consequences arising out of your not having the required travel documents.

How to Use this Voucher:
Option 1 - Open Dated Ferry Tickets without Booking:
Departing Tanah Merah: Customers must be at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (50 Tanah Merah Ferry Road S498833) at least 2 hours before Ferry Departure timing to book for their onward and return ferry Timing.
All seats are based on availability on a First Come First Served Basis for OPEN DATED FERRY TICKETS. Ensure that you can present your pre-departure requirements to the BatamFast counter staff.

Option 2 - Advance booking:
Customers can send an email WITH THE CONFIRMATION CODE FROM SGATTRACTIONS with passport details, pre-departure requirements, and intended travel date to the following email address for booking:  Email: reservations@batamfast.com;  and cc tmft@batamfast.com. 

Additional Information:
1) Seat reservations will only be confirmed upon receiving Booking Confirmation Code from Batam Fast reservations Team. Both departure and return dates and timings MUST be confirmed upon redemption at the BatamFast counter. The first point of departure is only from SINGAPORE (Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal)
2) No Cancellation & Rescheduling is allowed after Booking Confirmation Code from Batam Fast Ferry Reservation is sent and/or boarding passes are collected.
3) Passengers must collect their Boarding Pass and present their pre-departure requirements to the BatamFast counter at 50 Tanah Merah Ferry Road S4988331 (If departing Tanah Merah) at least 1.5 hours before departure timing. Incomplete requirements will not be issued boarding passes. If not, seats will be automatically released if the boarding pass is not collected.

5) Once confirmed, bookings/seats/etickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-amendable.
