Batam Fast Ferry Ticket - TanahMerah - Nongsa (1 Way/2 Way)

Batam Fast Ferry Pte Ltd has 25 ferries in total operating daily with more than 35 departure schedules between  8 terminals, on  6routes in Singapore (Harbourfront Centre, Tanah Merah), Indonesia (Batam Center, Sekupang, Nongsapura), and Malaysia (Desaru Coast, Tanjung Pengelih). It is a mere 45 to  90 minutes ferry ride from Singapore to Batam/Johor and vice versa. The regular ferry service provides passengers ease of travel and comfort.

Passports, Visas, and other entry requirements
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport and travel documents (visas etc) and comply with the entry, exit, transit, or other requirements of the countries that they are traveling to. Passengers may be refused entry into a country if they do not possess the required travel documents. BatamFast will not be liable in any way for any consequences arising out of your not having the required travel documents.

Collect your boarding pass early from the check-in counter.
Standard Pre-immigration clearance and boarding are one hour (off-peak period) / two hours (peak period) before departure time. Late clearance and boarding are not allowed.

Luggage Fees:
Luggage check-in fees are excluded from the ferry tickets. Luggage fees apply, payable at the terminal on the date of departure. Fees will depend on which terminal you are departing from. Please contact Batamfast’s Customer Care team via email (reservations@batamfast.com) to verify the weight allotment and specific charges for relevant items.

Bicycles, Golf Bag, and Odd-Sized Items:
Please contact Batamfast’s Customer Care team via email (reservations@batamfast.com) to confirm the arrangement at least 72 hours before trip departure. Passengers bringing bicycles, golf bags, or odd-sized items without prior confirmation may be denied boarding or transferred to a later ferry should it exceed the allotment for such items.
