Changi Lounge Access

Changi Lounge will operate 24 hours daily during the Lunar New Year period, from 17 February 2026 6:00AM to 4 March 2026, 10:00PM. During this period, do note that:

• Lite package will not be available.
• Free flow snack bar and hot meal will be replaced with buffet spread for Classic package.
• Alcoholic drinks are only available between 6:00AM to 10:00PM daily.

Located within Jewel Changi Airport (public area), Changi Lounge provides an exclusive and comfortable environment where you can rest and relax - with Jewel’s range of exciting attractions and lifestyle offerings right at the doorstep for your exploration

For those looking for a tranquil environment to refresh yourself in between your travel plans, enjoy free flow of light snack, comfortable seating and high-speed internet connectivity. There are also shower room and nap room facilities, for those who seek to be rejuvenated before the next leg of their journey. Private meeting rooms are also available for booking.

This ticket admits only one person and is for a one-time use only. Admission is allowed only to the lounge as printed on this ticket.

This ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not for resale.

This ticket is valid only for the time period as printed on it. Admission is subject to Changi Lounge’s capacity.

Customers are entitled to enjoy the facilities and services applicable to their Changi Lounge Product as printed on the ticket. Customers have to pay additional charges at the prevailing rate (available upon request at Changi Lounge) for all other facilities and services offered at Changi Lounge.

Admission is at ticket holder’s own risk. CAG is not liable to ticket holder for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses incurred or suffered by him arising directly or indirectly in connection with the Changi Lounge.

CAG reserves the right to refuse or remove any person whose conduct is objectionable.
