Dolphin Connection 

Observe our dolphins while snorkeling alongside them and learn about their behavior from our animal care specialists. Gain insights into dolphin behaviour and conservation as you watch them in their dedicated environment. Build an intimate bond as you swim with our graceful dolphins in their habitat while listening to their clicks, whistles, and echolocation.

Note:  This programme is suitable for proficient swimmers 13 years old and above.

DOLPHIN CONNECTION– SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Participants must be 13 years old and above.
2. Program is suitable for confident swimmers.
3. Participants are required to be in swimming attire and footwear to enter. Wetsuits will be provided. Personal wetsuits will not be allowed for use.
4. Life jackets, fins, masks and snorkels will be provided. Participants may choose to bring their own mask, snorkel and fins.
5. Check in will open 30 minutes prior to the program start time at:
   (i) Marine Mammal Habitat entrance located within Adventure Cove Waterpark or
   (ii) Marine Mammal Habitat counter located inside Singapore Oceanarium and will close 10 minutes after the program start time.
   Participants who arrive after the cut off time may be refused entry.
6. Participants entering from Adventure Cove Waterpark are advised to arrive at the waterpark 45 minutes before the start of their program.
7. Participants entering through Singapore Oceanarium are advised to enter the aquarium 60 min prior to their program.
8. All programmes are weather permitting and subject to change by RWS in its sole and absolute discretion.
9. Larger groups may be split into smaller groups for a better experience.
10. Participants are not allowed to bring in their belongings such as handphones or wallets, or wear jewelry and other accessories. Small lockers will be provided.
11. Photography and videography are not allowed. An official photographer will be available onsite to capture the experience. Separate fees apply for purchase of photographs.
12. No outside food and beverages are allowed within Adventure Cove Waterpark, Singapore Oceanarium and Marine Mammal Habitat.
13. Other general terms and conditions, park rules, and regulations of Adventure Cove Waterpark, Singapore Oceanarium and Marine Mammal Habitat apply.
14. All participants are required to complete a release and indemnity form for the programme at Marine Mammal Habitat. Participants below 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian over 18 sign.
15. Participants who do not meet the terms and conditions of the program may be refused entry. 15. Admin fee applies for all rescheduling done within the following periods:
    • Reservations for 1-8 pax: Any rescheduling request made within 72 hours of program date/time will be subject to a $30
    admin fee per ticket.
    • Reservations for 9 pax and above: Any rescheduling request made within 2 weeks of program date/time will be subject to a $30 admin fee per ticket.
16. All rescheduling is subject to availability.
17. Strictly no cancellations or refunds. No shows will be charged 100% of the program fee.
