Dolphin Exploration

At the shores of the dolphins' habitat, guests can experience a dry, up-close encounter designed for guests wanting to meet a dolphin without entering the water. This is the only dolphin interaction programme suitable for children under the age of four. Guided by our animal care specialists, guests can build connections with the dolphins and gain fascinating insights into their physiology, behaviour, and unique adaptations. Learn about a dolphin’s anatomy and how to protect these beloved marine animals in a fun and educational encounter. 

Note: This is the only programme suitable for children under the age of 4 to interact with dolphins — no swimming required.

DOLPHIN EXPLORATION– TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Suitable for children under 4 years old with an accompanying paying adult.
2. No minimum age or height requirement to participate.
   • Adult-Child supervisory ratio for participants aged below 13:
   • Child must always be accompanied by a paying adult participant (above 21 years of age); and
3. Maximum of 3 children to 1 adult (above 21 years of age).
4. Check in will open 30 minutes prior to the program start time at:
   (i) the Marine Mammal Habitat Entrance in Adventure Cove Waterpark or
   (ii) Marine Mammal Habitat counter located inside Singapore Oceanarium, and will close 10 minutes after the program start time. Participants who arrive after the cut off time may be refused entry.
5. Participants entering from Adventure Cove Waterpark are advised to arrive the waterpark 45 minutes before the start of their program.
6. Participants entering through Singapore Oceanarium are advised to enter the aquarium 60 min prior to their program.
7. All programmes are weather permitting, and subject to change by RWS in its sole and absolute discretion.
8. Larger groups may be split into smaller groups for a better experience.
9. Participants are not allowed to bring in their belongings, such as handphones and wallets, or wear jewelry and other accessories. Small lockers will be provided.
10. Photography and videography are not allowed. An official photographer will be available onsite to capture the experience. Separate fees apply for purchase of photographs.
11. All programmes are weather-permitting and subject to change by RWS in its sole and absolute discretion.
12. No outside food and beverages are allowed within Adventure Cove Waterpark, Singapore Oceanarium and Marine Mammal Habitat.
13. Other general terms and conditions, park rules, and regulations of Adventure Cove Waterpark, Singapore Oceanarium and Marine Mammal Habitat apply.
14. Participants who do not meet the terms and conditions of the program may be refused entry.
15. All participants are required to complete a release and indemnity form for the programme at Marine Mammal Habitat. Participants below 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian over 18 sign.
16. Admin fees will apply for any rescheduling within the following time frames:
    • Reservations for 1-6 pax: Any rescheduling request made within 72 hours of program date/time will be subject to a $20 admin fee per ticket.
    • Reservations for 7 pax and above: Any rescheduling request made within 2 weeks of program date/time will be subject to a $20 admin fee per ticket.
17. All rescheduling is subject to availability.
18. Strictly no cancellations or refunds. No shows will be charged 100% of the program fee
