Please ensure that tourists select the correct place for redemption. For flying in tourists, pls ensure that they select Changi Airport and the redemption tickets issue by SGattractions needs to have CTS code on it.
For tourist coming in from land and sea, pls ensure that they select M1 Shop and the redemption tickets issue by SGattractions needs to have Global code on it.
Tourist will not be able to swap as M1 shop will not be able to redeem via CTS code.
