How to use

• Before entering the park, please reserve your play session on the booking website and obtainyour
  confirmation email. (All sessions have limited capacity. If your preferred date and time slot is
  unavailable, please book the next best available slot based on your ticket type.)
• * You are required to key in your Booking No. when placing your timeslot booking. If you are holding
  multiple orders, please input the respective booking numbers, separated by commas-",".
• You are required to present both your voucher and timeslot booking confirmation for entry.

• Limited slots are available for all sessions. If you are unable to secure your preferred date and session, please book the next best available date/time.
• Full-grip socks are mandatory for all guests. Ticket price excludes grip socks. Bring your own grip socks or pick up a pair of SuperPark full-grip socks onsite for a comfortable and safe experience
• To maximize your playtime — arrive at least 15-30 minutes before your booked session time and complete your wavier before your visit for all guest(s)* visiting the park via https://roller.app/superparksingapore/waiver/#/
• Please be in your athletics wear or gym outfit for optimum fun and comfort.
• No belt buckles, protruding hairpieces, or studs on clothing are permitted.
• For some activities, we recommended emptying your pockets entirely.
• All electronics and mobile devices and other handheld objects are not allowed on the trampoline mats and padding.
• Covered sports shoes are required for Super Climb and Skate & Scoot World.
• Tickets and wristbands issued or purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale.
• Proof of birth date may be required upon check-in (babies below 1, children below 8 years old, adults and guardians aged 18 and above)
