Tickets are valid only on the selected visit date and are non-refundable.
Advance booking is required; walk-ins are subject to availability.
Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour for registration and briefing.
All guests must follow safety instructions and wear seatbelts throughout the ride.
UTV self-drive option is available only for participants with a valid driver’s license.
Children aged 1 year and above are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
Not suitable for pregnant women or those with back, neck, or heart conditions.
Comfortable outdoor clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.
The tour may be postponed or cancelled due to bad weather or safety reasons.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle.
