Ticket is valid only on the selected visit date and is non-refundable. Advance booking is required; walk-ins are subject to availability. Each package is valid for up to 4 participants; maximum 5 participants allowed per vehicle. Additional participants are chargeable (RM 150/adult, RM 80/child without lunch; RM 190/adult, RM 120/child with lunch). UTV self-drive option requires a valid driving license to be presented before the tour. Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time for registration and safety briefing. All participants must follow the guide’s and driver’s instructions at all times. Seatbelts and helmets must be worn during rides; reckless driving is strictly prohibited. Not suitable for pregnant women or participants with serious medical conditions. Children aged 1 year and above are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Comfortable outdoor clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. Activities may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or safety concerns.
