HolidaySG provides visa application guidance and documentation assistance for selected destinations. We help travellers understand visa requirements, required documents, processing timelines, and submission procedures.

HolidaySG is not a government authority. We assist with documentation preparation and application guidance. Final approval is subject to the respective embassy or immigration authority.

Step 1

Complete an online application form and attach the required documents.

Step 2

Once we confirm the accuracy of your submitted documents, a payment request will be sent via email. Kindly consider the time difference with Singapore. We will initiate processing of your application only after receiving the full payment.

Step 3

Your visa(s) will typically be delivered via email within 2-6 business days (for applicants holding alien (stateless) passports issued by Estonia or Latvia, processing may take 4-8 business days). The e-visa’s authenticity can be confirmed on the Singapore Immigration Authority’s website.
