360 Lantau Island Open-top Bus

1. Boarding or alighting service is subject to seat availability on the 360 Lantau Island open-top bus. If no seats are available, the 360 Lantau Island open-top bus driver reserves the right to refuse boarding to guests holding 360 Lantau Island open-top bus tickets.

2. The listed arrival times are for reference only. Due to road traffic conditions and unforeseen circumstances, the actual arrival time of the 360 Lantau Island open-top bus may vary.

3. Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus reserve the right to alter the designated 360 Lantau Island open-top bus route based on the day's road and traffic conditions.

4. Guests must allow sufficient time for boarding and the required travel schedule. If the actual Lantau Island open-top bus itinerary and arrival time differ from the booked time, Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus will not be held responsible.

5. If the 360 Lantau Island open-top bus is unable to operate due to mechanical failure, adverse weather conditions, or other reasons, Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus reserve the right to arrange alternative non-open-top buses to continue the journey. Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus also reserve the right to modify the time slot, departure time slot, route, or bus stop locations at any time due to traffic, weather, or other factors without prior notice. Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus shall not be liable for any compensation or bear any responsibility for any losses incurred by passengers as a result of the aforementioned reasons or other circumstances.

6. Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus will not be held responsible for any losses, inconveniences, or refunds caused by the following situations, including malfunctions of the Lantau Island open-top bus, traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, or other uncontrollable events.

Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus may require any person to disembark at their sole discretion if their behavior is deemed offensive or disruptive to other passengers, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others. In such cases, Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus shall not be liable for any further responsibility. With the exception of guide dogs, animals or pets are not permitted on board.

8. Eating, drinking, smoking, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on the 360 Lantau Island open-top bus.

9. Items or baggage brought on board must not be hazardous or offensive. The bus driver has the right to refuse boarding or transportation to any passenger carrying items or baggage that do not comply with the above regulations. Such items or baggage must be placed on the luggage rack or in designated storage areas, must not occupy any seats, and must not be placed in the bus aisle or on the stairs.

10. Please take care of your personal belongings. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

11. The 360 Lantau Island open-top bus tickets are non-transferable, non-resalable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Tickets sold are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

12. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

14. Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

15. In case of any dispute, Ngong Ping 360 and Citybus reserve the right of final decision.

1. This ticket is not valid for Citybus urban and New Territories routes, Citybus Sha Tin City One residents' bus routes 61R, 88R, and other non-franchised routes, as well as all sightseeing Citybus H routes.

2. Citybus reserves the right of final decision in any dispute.

3. Citybus reserves the right to terminate or modify the discount offer and/or change these terms at any time.
