Depending on the actual number of participants, we may use a small bus or car, and the driver may also serve as the guide. We appreciate your understanding.
Seats cannot be assigned. If you have special requests, please inform the guide on the day.
The bus has no restroom facilities.
This tour is only available for online registration, and all notifications will be sent via email.
Under normal circumstances, our staff will not proactively contact or notify passengers.
Participation Restrictions
If you do not arrive by the meeting time, it will be considered a cancellation and the activity will depart as scheduled. Please be sure to confirm the meeting point and arrive on time.
Although a guide will accompany you, professional tour explanations will not be provided.
One child aged 0–2 can travel for free per adult without a seat. If a seat is required, please book at the adult rate.

Other matters

Due to traffic conditions, weather, and other factors, the itinerary sequence, departure and arrival times, and duration of stops may be adjusted.
If you miss public transportation due to a delayed arrival time, you will be responsible for the resulting taxi fees and other transportation costs, as well as accommodation fees.
If the activity on that day is canceled for any reason, staff members will notify relevant personnel at major booking platforms via phone or email. If no notification is received, the activity will proceed as scheduled.
