If quantity of the itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure such as traffic and weather, please contact customer service and we will process a quantity refund for you.

High blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women
Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 5 minutes in advance to avoid delays in your subsequent journey. No one will be waited for after the time is up.
Get enough sleep the day before the activity. Passengers who are prone to seasickness should take seasickness medicine 30 minutes before the activity.
Prepare sunscreen and water-proof equipment: wet clothing (such as swimsuits/slippers/sunglasses/hats/change of clothes) is acceptable, but do not wear jeans.
Considering the inconvenience after going to sea, people who are unwell recently, pregnant women, infant, and people with chronic diseases are not recommended to sign up.
If necessary, you can bring your own waterproof case for your phone.
