This city tour is organized by the Tourist Information Bayreuth. The meeting point is in front of the Tourist Information Office at Opernstraße 22, 95444 Bayreuth.
The tour ends in the historic city center at the Christmas market, the exact location varies depending on the tour guide.
Part of this guided tour is usually the ascent of the castle tower. Unfortunately, the tower is not barrier-free, as the ascent is via a steadily rising, uneven ramp.
Dogs and other animals may not be taken up the tower.
