How to use

Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.

Terms & conditions

1. Please arrive at the Captain Cook ticket office at least 20 minutes before departure. Present the confirmation number from your electronic confirmation slip to check in, then follow the instructions of the on-site staff to proceed to the pier for boarding. If you cannot locate the pier, please consult the on-site staff for assistance.
2. Travelers for the 5:00pm and 7:00pm departures (Wednesday-Sunday) should check in at the Captain Cook ticket office at Darling Harbour King St Wharf 1.
3. Travelers for the 5:30 PM (Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday) departure should check in at the Captain Cook ticket office at Circular Quay Wharf 6.
4. Note: From May 23 to June 14, 2025 during Vivid Sydney Light Festival: Cruises will only depart from Wharf 1, King Street Wharf in Darling Harbour. No departures from Circular Quay.
