On the day of travel, please arrive at the Captain Cook ticket office at Darling Harbour King Street Wharf 1 at least 30 minutes in advance. Present the confirmation number from the electronic confirmation to check in, then follow the instructions of the on-site staff to proceed to the wharf for boarding. If you cannot locate the wharf, please ask the on-site staff for assistance.
