Ticket is valid on the selected date.
Child height from 120-149cm will be charged as a child ticket.
Child height from 150 and above will be charged as an adult ticket.
The child who weighs at least 25kg and is 130cm in height can join the Zipline Canopy Tour.
Children with a height under 120 and/or weighing under 25kg and/or weighing over 120kg are not allowed to participate in the Zipline Canopy Tour.
People with heart disease, high blood pressure, a history of bone and joint problems, pregnant women, people with mobility difficulties... are not allowed to participate.
Guests need to arrive at least 15 minutes before the registered playing time to check in.
Guests participating in games at Kong Forest Park need to follow the tour guide's instructions to ensure safety for themselves and fellow guests.
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given.
Guest accompanying the group but not playing games will be charged an additional shuttle fee of VND100,000/pax and pay directly to the driver.
Surcharge of 15% for Vietnam's Public Holiday: 02 Sep 2025, and will pay directly to the operator.
