The guide and vehicle will be waiting on-site. If you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time, it will be considered an absence.
No changes, cancellations, or refunds allowed. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, please arrive on time.
If you need to change the departure date due to personal reasons, a fee of KRW 20,000 per person will apply.
If the tour cannot proceed due to insufficient participants, we will proactively notify you to reschedule or offer alternative options.
If you wish to cancel, you can request a refund directly on the platform. Bookings must be made by 5:00 PM (local time), 1 day before your trip.
A member of staff will contact you by 6:00 PM (local time), 1 day before your trip.
