What to expect

Please board at the pickup location between 08:00. Before boarding, present the "Ride QR Code" received after booking. After the driver verifies the passenger list and confirms, you can board.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point no later than 10 minutes before departure. To avoid delaying subsequent arrangements, we will not wait for latecomers. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
| Audio Guide - Redemption Steps
Install the Kyushu FunPASS app (https://kyushu.funpass.app/#appDownload) and follow the in-vehicle instructions to enter the redemption code.
After selecting the language, you can download the audio files (this step requires an internet connection. To ensure smooth downloading, it is recommended to complete the download in advance under a stable Wi-Fi or good network environment).
After the audio file download is completed, the audio guide can be played unlimited times within 5 days (including the download day).

Booking Eligibility

Free for children aged 0–3 who do not occupy a seat

Each adult can bring one infant under the age of 4 for free if the infant does not occupy a seat. If a seat is required for the child, please purchase a child seat ticket.

Important Notes

- Please do not add the e-voucher to Apple Wallet as the driver needs to identify the orange mark on it. Thank you for your cooperation.

- Please make sure to have your QR Code voucher ready before boarding.

- Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before departure. To avoid delaying the itinerary, the vehicle will not wait for latecomers, and no refunds will be issued for those who are late.

※ This trip does not include a guide or roll call. Please return to the vehicle before the departure time. The bus will not wait for latecomers.

- Dietary restrictions: Drinking water and beverages are allowed in the vehicle. To maintain cleanliness, please take your personal trash with you when exiting.

- This itinerary does not allow changes to bus stops. The actual stop or departure time may be adjusted based on traffic conditions. Please follow the driver's sign for guidance.

- If a passenger has left any lost items in the vehicle, please contact the customer support of the booking platform for assistance.

cancellation policy

Refunds or change requests will not be accepted for late arrivals, no-shows, or service denials due to non-compliance with regulations.

Please cancel by the day before the activity date.

[Example] To cancel the time slot on March 3, the cancellation request must be submitted by 00:00 local time on March 2 at the latest.

In case of bad weather or force majeure, the supplier may cancel the itinerary and arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.

Redemption period

The admission voucher is only valid for the designated date and time.

Registration deadline: Participants must complete registration and payment by 23:59 Japan Time on the day before their selected time slot. [Example] For the March 3 time slot, registration and payment must be completed by March 2 at 23:59 Japan Time.
