How to use
Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.
Terms & conditions
1. Restaurant operating hours: Lunch: 12:30 PM–3:00 PM (last order at 2:30 PM) Dinner: 7:00 PM–12:00 AM (last order at 10:30 PM).
2. No refund requests will be accepted due to delays caused by the traveler or if the dining date has already passed!
3. Ramadan is a very important festival for Muslims, and restaurants serving alcohol during the day will be affected. There will be some changes from May 15 to June 15. For details, please contact customer support for specialized consultation.
Starting March 10, the Scape Sunset Snack Afternoon Tea Package will be changed to the Scape Lounge Consumption Package. Children of all ages are welcome to experience it, except in designated shisha and bar counter areas. The bar and veranda do not accommodate guests under 21 years old.
5. Hotel staff may promote other meal options; any meals beyond those included in the package will require additional payment.
6. The dining time for each restaurant is subject to the actual ticket issued. If you have a preferred dining time, please inform customer support!
Your dining confirmation number will be generated within 1–3 working days after successful booking and sent to you by Trip.com. To redeem ticket: Present the "confirmation number" at the restaurant on the same day. Please arrive at the hotel restaurant 30 minutes in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late,The restaurant reserves the right to cancel your booking, and any resulting consequences will be the guest's responsibility.
