Ticket Eligibility

A minimum of 6 participants is required for the tour to operate. If the minimum is not met, the tour will be canceled and guests will be notified by email at least 4 days before departure.
This tour is not recommended for guests with certain medical conditions, including high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, or pregnancy.
Guests must be physically able to participate in a full-day sightseeing tour.

Attraction Access

This is a shared group tour; participants must follow the allocated stop durations and the driver’s instructions.
Guests leaving the group without authorization will be considered to have withdrawn voluntarily, and the booking will become invalid and non-refundable.
Parking outside designated scenic areas is not permitted.

Additional Information

Arrival times at attractions may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, or crowd levels.
If the group size is small, the driver may also act as the tour guide.
This tour uses shared transportation, and other guests may join the same vehicle.

Important Notes

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will not be able to join the tour.
No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, personal cancellations, or failure to participate.
In case of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a cancellation decision will be made by 20:00 (local time) one day before departure, and guests will be notified via email.
According to Japanese law, drivers may work a maximum of 10 hours; therefore, the itinerary may be adjusted if necessary, including shortening sightseeing time or canceling certain attractions. These adjustments are not eligible for refunds.
