Terms & conditions

The Northern Lights are a natural occurrence, which activity, vibrancy of color cannot be guaranteed on the evening of the tour. Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions. A small amount of walking in the cold may be involved. The tour operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. Cold weather clothing and boots can be provided if needed. Hotel pick-ups commence 10 - 60 minutes prior to the start time. Your pick up time will be confirmed by email.
If the tour is cancelled by Wild About Lapland due to bad weather conditions or other reasons:
We will not charge a cancellation fee – customer will get a 100% refund.
If the tour is not successful and the Northern Lights were not seen during the tour:
We will issue a 50% refund to customer.
