A member of staff will contact you by 9:00 PM (local time), 1 day before your trip.
Please provide your full name/valid ID (e.g., Mainland Chinese ID Card, Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, and passport)/QR code, barcode, voucher, or e-ticket at the designated meeting point on the day of your trip.

The actual vehicle for the day will be adjusted according to the number of passengers. With fewer passengers, the driver will also serve as the guide.
Infants aged 0-3 can only join small groups equipped with infant seats. Please notify customer support in advance for arrangements.
If it falls on a weekend, public holiday, or during transportation control, ningle terrace will be inaccessible.
If ningle terrace is inaccessible, the itinerary will be adjusted to visit the tree of ken and mary for 10 minutes.
