2. Moving, carrying goods, exhibits, and samples will be charged an additional 300 per trip. Please inform the customer service in advance for judgment.
3. For point-to-point pick-up and drop-off, additional pick-up locations will incur additional charges. If additional locations are required, please inform us in advance.
4. booking cannot be changed or cancelled four hours before car . If there are any changes, our company will try its best to help you adjust. If the adjustment causes losses, the buyer shall bear them. If the adjustment cannot be made, please travel according to the original plan and the cancellation fee will be charged.
5. If any passenger is pregnant, please inform us in advance. Hong Kong prohibits pregnant women from the mainland from traveling to Hong Kong.
6. The normal time for car is from 07:00 to 21:00. If it is earlier or later than this time, an additional overtime fee of 100-200 will be added (based on the agreed pick-up time)
7. The airport transfer service provided by this product is a one-way car service, not a contracted/service-based drop-off service. Please reserve your own check-in number and possible traffic jam time. This product only guarantees the safety of the car service, and does not bear the loss of missed flights caused by traffic jams or other force majeure factors. Please be careful if you mind.
7. Be civilized when car! Do not eat or drink in the car to avoid dirtying the car (car cleaning fee is 200)
1. How to contact after payment:When placing an order, please fill in your number + detailed (pick-up time, pick-up address) + number of people car and other information to the customer service. If you have large luggage, please consult and inform the customer service! Our dispatch customer service will contact you on the same day or the next morning to add you. The pick-up and dispatch matters are basically confirmed on V. Please check whether you have been added!
2. When can I know the driver's phone number and license plate number after booking a private charter?
1. If you book a car before 09:00 in the morning, the dispatch will be notified around 20:30 the night before!
2. If you book a car after 09:00 in the morning, the dispatch will usually be notified about an hour before the departure time!
3. If you are Pick-up at the airport, the dispatcher will check your flight and inform you before the flight actually arrives! (There is free WIFI at the airport)
4. If you are not familiar with the relevant customs clearance rules when car for the first time, you can consult the customer service or contact personnel to find out!
