3. Yacht reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, with the remaining balance due before boarding. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to passenger reasons preventing departure.

4. If the sea trip is canceled due to force majeure factors such as bad weather, you can reschedule or get a refund of the prepayment.

1. We recommend contacting customer support to confirm availability before placing your order.
2. Custom packages require additional payment. You can first confirm the yacht's availability, and the custom package must be confirmed at least 3 days before departure to allow the yacht crew enough time to prepare for you.
3. After the ticket(s) are successfully issued, a dedicated yacht reception will be arranged to assist you with boarding arrangements.
