The pick-up and drop-off times for shared transfers can be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location. Children under five years old and individuals over 80 years old will not be permitted to fly. The maximum weight limit is 119 kg. Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will incur an extra charge. Pregnant ladies will not be allowed to fly. A 100% NO SHOW fee applies if a guest cancels the tour at the last moment. No alternate tour will be arranged, and no refund will be provided. All participants must be in good physical condition and able to climb in and out of the basket and bend in a brace position during landing. The company does not accept responsibility for any adverse health conditions, as guests participate at their own risk. Guests with disabilities, including mental health, emotional, and physical conditions, are not allowed to participate. Guests are not allowed to carry heavy luggage during the activity.
