Please bring warm clothes to be worn under the dry suit (thick socks, thermal bottom and top, and a thin jumper) and extra layers if you get cold easily. Other things to consider bringing include sunglasses, sunhat, change of clothes in case you get sweaty or a bit wet, and snacks.
Our drysuits feature latex gaskets at the wrists to prevent water entry, while the neck area is protected by a neoprene material called Glideskin. Unfortunately, direct contact with these materials is unavoidable. If you have a latex or neoprene allergy, participation may not be suitable depending on the severity of your reaction. We recommend consulting your doctor for personalized advice before joining.
