What to expect

Bookings must be made by 11:00 PM (local time), 1 day before your trip.
A member of staff will contact you by 9:00 PM (local time), 1 day before your trip.
Please provide your Full name/Valid ID (e.g., Mainland Chinese ID Card, Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, and Passport)/QR code, barcode, voucher, or e-ticket at the designated meeting point on the day of your trip.

The actual vehicle for the day may be adjusted based on the number of participants, with a driver-guide provided for smaller groups.
During holidays and weekends, you may encounter traffic congestion, and itinerary adjustments may be made accordingly.
Please do not eat or drink in the vehicle. You may be required to compensate for any stains caused.
In case of severe weather, a decision on whether to cancel the trip will be made 1 day before departure.
If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer support in advance to inquire (fees apply).
Traffic congestion is expected during Japanese holidays, and refunds will not be issued due to delays. Please consider carefully before booking.
The day tour does not include personal travel or accident insurance. Skiing involves risks, so we recommend purchasing your own coverage.
All ski equipment must be reserved in advance. On-site changes to the package content and refund requests are not accepted.
According to ski resort regulations, failure to wear proper ski attire may result in being denied access to chairlifts or ski slopes.
In the event of a collision, we will only assist with on-site translation and communication. Medical or compensation expenses must be borne by yourself.
