Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.

Valid for redemption within 3 months starting from the date of issue
Adult (age 12 and over)
Child (Ages 6–11)
Children will be required to purchase a child ticket under the following circumstances:
Child occupies own seat in ordinary carriage (reserved seat)
Child traveling alone
Eligibility: Non-Japanese passport holders, Travelers with a tourist visa, Travelers entering Japan under the entry status of "Temporary Visitor"
Please select your redemption date when booking. Only passes departing within 1 month is eligible for ticket exchange at Japan
Please refer to the official website for redemption locations. Northern Kyushu Area Pass cannot be redeemed at JR Kyushu Travel Agency offices in Kagoshima-Chuo Station and all stations in Miyazaki
To reserve seats, please present the credit card used when booking, the eMCO voucher, and the reservation code at the green counters in all the JR Kyushu stations
Railways owned by other companies or organizations and buses are not applicable

Luggage Restrictions: Passengers may bring up to two pieces of luggage, not including carry-ons and smaller bags. Each piece may not weigh more than 30kg and its length, width and depth may not add up to more than 250cm, while its length may not exceed 200cm
