Terms & conditions

The JR Pass 5-Day Pass for Ise, Kumano, and Wakayama Areas is valid for five consecutive days starting from the date of activation.
The pass must be exchanged within 90 days from the purchase date at designated JR stations.
The pass is available only to non-Japanese tourists visiting Japan under a short-term stay visa.
Eligible visa types include tourist, official, or three-year multiple-entry visas.
Long-term visa holders (study, work, or residence visas) are not eligible to purchase or use the pass.
Each pass holder may bring up to two children aged 1–5 years free of charge, provided they do not occupy a reserved seat.
The same passenger cannot purchase or redeem multiple identical passes for the same period.
The pass cannot be reissued, refunded, or extended once activated, lost, or stolen.
Valid only for travel within the designated JR routes and service areas specified on the official pass map.
The “Magatama Making Kit” giveaway is limited to one redemption per person per pass and available only while supplies last.
