- Please meet at the port 20 minutes before departure.
Please inform the ticket counter staff that you have a booking and provide your name.
After completing the check-in process, please wait in the lounge until boarding begins.
· The boarding gate will open 10 minutes before departure.

Sailing is normal in rainy weather, but the content of some sightseeing cruises may change or be canceled in severe weather such as strong winds and high waves.
