Minimum of 2 people are required to book tour. If total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 3 day(s) prior to departure.
Travelers with the following conditions are not recommended for participation: hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy
Please note there are no lockers on the island and avoid bringing any valuables with you
Please note travelers must be over the age of 12 to partake in the scuba diving / licensed diving package.
Travelers must sign a liability release form prior to the snorkeling/diving experience.
Diving license and diving log are required for travelers who wish to participate in licensed diving
Please note the itinerary is subject to traffic and weather conditions
Please refrain from touching marine life and corals reef while diving
Please inquire customer service of your travel date before booking to ensure availability of diving coaches on the day of tour.
It is suggested to bring your own snorkeling equipment especially for children under age of 12 since snorkeling equipment provided (mask and breathing tube) are one-size for adults.
Transfers to or from hotels located in Tuaran will incur the following surcharge: 1 - 3 people: RM15/person; 4 or more: RM10/person; Transfers to or from hotels located in Kinarut will incur the following fee: 1 - 6 people: RM30/person; 7 or more: RM15/person (all fees are one-way, to be paid directly to the driver)
For snorkeling travelers, please do not board a plane within 4 hrs after your experience, consume alcohol, or engage in physical activities. For scuba diving travelers, please do not board a plane within 24 hrs after your experience, consume alcohol, or engage in physical activities
Refunds will not be granted to missed tours due to personal reasons
For travelers opt to snorkeling package with eyesight conditions are recommended to bring contact lens or snorkeling masks with optical correction lenses.
