If the cruise cannot be boarded due to issues with the attraction, the boat ticket will be refunded, while other fees will not be refunded.
Infants aged 0-3 can only join small groups equipped with infant seats. Please notify customer support in advance for arrangements. Bookings must be made by 11:00 PM (local time), 1 day before your trip.
A member of staff will contact you by 9:00 PM (local time), 1 day before your trip.
Please provide your Full name/Valid ID (e.g., Mainland Chinese ID Card, Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, and Passport)/Passport/QR code, barcode, voucher, or e-ticket at the designated meeting point on the day of your trip.
