Late arrival or failure to show up on the day of the activity due to personal reasons will be deemed as automatic abandonment of the trip and no refund or rescheduling will be given. If the guest abandons the trip due to personal reasons, the consequences and additional expenses will be borne by the guest. The supplier will not be responsible and will not refund the trip fee. Depending on the traffic conditions of the day, the meeting time and return time may change. Vehicles will be arranged according to the number of travelers on that day, so there may be small bus. If you have foldable items such as baby strollers, luggage, wheelchairs, etc., you can bring them on board, but you need to inform us in advance. If you need to bring a foldable infant stroller or foldable wheelchair, please provide the size and note it on the booking so that an appropriate Vehicle Type can be arranged on the day. If there is no prior notice and the Vehicle Type is too small or the storage area is full on the day, the staff has the right to refuse to carry the infant stroller or wheelchair.
