How to Collect Your Ski Lift Tickets
① After getting off, please go to the "Hokkaido Resort Bus Counter" (Hokkaido Resort Liner Desk) on the first floor of Hirafu Welcome Center to collect your ski lift redemption voucher.
Next, proceed to the ".Base" lift ticket office at Grand Hirafu Ski Resort, present your redemption voucher, and collect your lift ticket.

How to use

Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.

Terms & conditions

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows (cancellations without notice).

The bus departure time varies depending on the pick-up & drop-off point(s). Please check your itinerary in advance to confirm.

The return bus will stop at each hotel in order, please be careful not to miss your hotel.

The departure and return bus can only be used on the same day.

Cable car tickets are only valid on the day of bus travel.

The departure and return buses are different. When arriving at the ski resort, please make sure to take all your belongings with you when getting off the bus.

Skis and other large luggage will be stored in the bus luggage compartment and returned upon arrival at the ski resort.

The luggage compartment can store skiing equipment plus one additional piece of baggage.

In case of flight delays or cancellations, the bus departure time may be adjusted as an emergency response.

However, if customers are unable to travel on the scheduled day due to flight delays or cancellations, they may be rebooked to a departure time slot on a later date or provided with an alternative transportation method (with any associated costs borne by the customer).

Please note in advance: Our company is not obligated to ensure alternative departure time slots or transportation methods.

Due to the long duration of the trip, participation is not recommended for children under 5 years old.
