[In-Museum Services] Elevator All visitors can use the elevator up to the 5th floor. From there, stairs are required to reach the 8th floor and descend to the 1st. Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum: Full elevator access is available for those with mobility needs. Strollers Upper floors are narrow and can get crowded, so strollers are not allowed inside. Free stroller check-in is available at the ticket gate. Wheelchairs Osaka Castle Tower: 7 wheelchairs available, for in-building use only.
