What to expect

The ticket price is the same for both adults (12 years and above) and children (4-11 years old).
Please note that children under 3 years old, or children unable to sit on their own for safety reasons, are not allowed to board the bus due to safety regulations.
Pets are not allowed.
The bus will depart on time. To avoid missing it, please confirm your boarding location in advance and allow sufficient time to get there.
Departure times from sightseeing stops along the route (e.g., Tsutenkaku Tower/Shinsekai) will be announced by the bus guide on that day. Please adhere to the schedule, as tickets cannot be refunded or changed due to lateness.
The itinerary or stopover times at sightseeing locations may change due to weather, traffic congestion, or attraction maintenance. Thank you for your understanding.
Delays in reaching destinations may occur due to road conditions or weather. The company is not liable for refunds, missed connections, or accommodations due to bus delays.
Please fasten your seatbelt while on the bus. Do not stand or walk around while the bus is moving. The double-decker sightseeing bus has no roof. Strong winds may enter the bus, so please bring warm clothing as needed.
Dress appropriately for the season, weather, and temperature to avoid issues such as heatstroke. Using umbrellas inside the bus is prohibited. In case of rain, raincoats will be provided free of charge.
You may bring bottled water, thermoses, or covered drinks, but please refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages or meals on the bus.
Passengers may carry one piece of luggage free of charge under the following conditions:
- Weight not exceeding 10kg
- Total volume not exceeding 0.027 cubic meters
- Length not exceeding 1 meter
Larger luggage will be stored on the first floor of the bus but cannot be pre-loaded.
Dangerous items are prohibited.
Bus operations may be canceled due to severe weather conditions, such as typhoons or thunderstorms. Please note that transportation costs to the bus station or accommodation fees at the destination will not be compensated, even in the event of cancellations.
