Terms & conditions

Please note that it is very important to strictly follow the exact pick-up time mentioned in your reservation. Our rental service operates during winter by appointment only, and our staff will hand over the clothing to you between safaris, so punctuality is essential. The equipment will be handed over at our Experience Center, located on the ground floor of the Aalto Hotel building at Nallikarinranta 10, 90510 Oulu. Parking spaces are available nearby. From Oulu city center, you can reach us by bus number 15. Please remember to return the equipment to the pick-up location by the end of the rental period.
