Terms & conditions

Pregnant women (and those who may become pregnant), people with heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes, and epilepsy are not suitable for participating in water activity. People with colds are also not suitable for diving activity .
Please arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes early to avoid losing time for the activity
Snorkeling and diving: If the weather conditions result in poor visibility and you are unable to see sea turtles, this is a natural factor and no refund will be given
Please do not drink alcoholic beverages within 12 hours before the activity.
Please bring your own swimsuit, change of clothes, towel and water bottle. It is recommended to bring environmentally friendly tableware. Mask with prescription are provided.
Before participating in diving activity, you must read and complete the "Waiver and Risk Assumption Agreement" and "Health Survey Agreement"
You must follow the coach's instructions during the activity. If you cannot cooperate, the coach has the right to terminate the activity and will not refund the fee. We will not be responsible for any accidents caused by not following the advice.
If you are unable to participate in the activity due to a temporary cold, you must provide a doctor's certificate. If you cannot provide it, no refund will be given. No refund will be given for lateness or other cancellations not caused by force majeure
Since the activity depends on weather conditions, if the activity is cancelled due to weather factors, a full refund will be made or the money will be used for the next activity.
This activity adheres to the principle of not touching, not interfering, and not collecting any marine life. Please do not book if you cannot accept this.
The package includes free photography services, including underwater and aerial photography. Photos and videos will be provided via memory card. Please note that we cannot provide refunds or reshoots if the device or memory card fails.

Snorkeling locations: Vase Rock & Lobster Cave & Beauty Cave & Zhongao Beach & Shanfu & Houshi (location depends on the wave conditions of the day and the instructor decides)
activity process: After checking in for the Little Turtle Water activity, change into snorkeling Clothes & Accessories and equipment (jellyfish suit, non-slip shoes, Mask, snorkel, life jacket) and ride a bike (if you have no experience in driving a two-wheeled motorcycle, you can go toLittle Turtle Fan PageThe vehicle that you booked to pick up at the paid dive site) will be taken to the activity area and the instructions and movements will be explained on the shore. After the explanation, you will go activity and get close to marine life. After snorkeling, you will return to the diving shop to rinse and change clothes. After the trip, take a QR code to download the activity photos in the Little Turtle Cloud.
Pet Experience: NT$400 for 2kg to 14kg, NT$500 for 15kg to 20kg, NT$600 for 21kg to 28kg. life jacket, floats or lifebuoys, and hair dryers are provided. Please bring your pet's life jacket and trim your pet's nails.
