Ventus Spa uses aroma oil for massages by default (lavender aroma oil). Please notify if you would like to request for no aroma oil.
Ventus Spa will arrange same sex masseuse/masseurs based on customer's gender (subjected to availability).
If you like to change your reservation time, please contact customer service at least 1 day prior to the experience. The available time slot will be subject to on-site availability.
Optional return hotel transfer within KK City are available at RM30/pax. Please message us and the fee pay on site to the driver.
Transfers to or from hotels located in Tuaran will incur the following fees depending on the number of travelers: - 1–3 travelers (RM15/person) - 4 or more travelers (RM10/person). Transfers to or from hotels located in Kinarut will incur the following fees: - 1–6 travelers (RM30/person) - 7 or more travelers (RM15/person) *All fees cover a one-way trip and are to be paid directly to the driver.
Please notify your staying hotel's full name and address in the 'Notes' section when booking for those customer that request for hotel transfer service.
