Vona Spa will arrange same gender masseuse/masseurs based on customer's gender (subjected to availability).
Refunds will not be granted to unredeemed tickets from travelers who choose to proceed to Vona Spa on their own, please consider before booking.
If you like to change your reservation time, please contact customer service at least 1 day prior to the experience. The available time slot will be subject to on-site availability.
Optional return hotel transfer within KK City are available at RM30/pax. Please message us and the fee pay on site to the driver.
Transfers to or from hotels located in Tuaran will incur the following fees depending on the number of travelers: - 1–3 travelers (RM15/person) - 4 or more travelers (RM10/person) Transfers to or from hotels located in Kinarut will incur the following fees: - 1–6 travelers (RM30/person) - 7 or more travelers (RM15/person) All fees cover a one-way trip and are to be paid directly to the driver.
