Terms & conditions

Crepe tasting take places at the famous Trocadero square, facing the Eiffel Tower. The crepe house is open daily 10:00 AM–11:30 PM.
Cruise tickets are valid for one month and can be used at any time within the company’s operating hours.
From April to September: departures every 30 min (10:00 AM–10:00 PM)
From October to March: departures every 45 min (10:30 AM–21:00 PM)
Operating hours may change depending on the companies’ schedules.
During peak season, there may be queue for boarding.
Audio guides are provided by the cruise company. The mobile app offers 11 languages. Wired audio guides, available on the lower deck, cover 14 languages.
Please note that Korean, Dutch, and Polish are only supported with wired headsets, not on the mobile app.
Your tickets, geolocation details and exact departure times are sent to you one day before your tour date via e-mail or within 5 minutes if you book a same-day cruise.
During high season and special holidays, waiting times may be longer than usual.
