How to use

Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.

Terms & conditions

- Packages require a minimum of 1 person per order, and all guests in the same group must choose the same package.

On the day of your meal, present your email confirmation at the restaurant for entry.

- To ensure a smooth dining experience, please make sure your contact information in Japan is working properly. If you encounter any special circumstances and cannot arrive at the scheduled time, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance through IM customer support or by calling the 400 hotline.

Friendly Reminder

1. Japan is a country that values contractual agreements. If you cancel last minute or arrive late due to personal reasons and the restaurant cancels your booking, the full meal cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. This amount is non-refundable and our company bears no responsibility. We appreciate your understanding. Please carefully plan your itinerary before making restaurant reservations.

2. For any itinerary changes, please notify us in advance (at least 3 days before dining; Michelin-starred restaurants require at least 7 days' notice. Whether compensation will be charged depends on the restaurant's policies and announcements).

3. If the number of travelers does not match the reservation count, the restaurant may cancel your booking. Please be aware.

Your booking is confirmed upon successful reservation. Please note that the service fee is non-refundable if you cancel due to personal reasons.
