How to use

Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.

Terms & conditions

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited on board.

2. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform Journey Beyond Cruise Sydney at least 24 hours before departure. If you notify us within 24 hours, our staff will do their best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it will be fulfilled.

3. Our cruise departs from Wharf 8, King Street, Darling Harbour. You must check in at the location specified on your booking confirmation at least 30 minutes before boarding. Late arrivals may be denied entry. Guests arriving after the cruise has departed will not be accommodated and will be considered a "no-show."

4. If you want to explore the outdoor deck, we recommend bringing a jacket as the weather on the water can be cooler. If it's sunny, bring sunscreen and a hat, and don't forget your camera! If you wish to purchase spirits on board, bring cash/your bank card. Also, remember to bring your boat ticket or booking confirmation.

5. Stroller - If you wish to bring a stroller, please inform us when making your booking or notify our friendly crew at boarding.

6. Our carefully designed, locally inspired menu caters to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free dietary needs. Please inform us of any other special dietary requirements or allergies when making your booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation.
You must complete boarding procedures at the location specified in your booking confirmation at least 30 minutes before the boarding time. We may refuse entry to late guests.
