What to expect

The museum is located in Taipei, Taiwan, and is themed on the cultural relics and history of the then inhabitants of Taiwan. It was opened in June 1994 under the auspices of the Lin Naiweng Cultural and Educational Foundation and with donations from Shunyi Automobile Company, and covers an area of about 300 pings. The collection and exhibition activities in the museum are planned based on the theory of anthropology. There are four major areas in the museum, namely the humanities and natural environment of the then inhabitants of Taiwan, life and utensils, clothing and culture, and beliefs and rituals. The architecture of the museum combines the cultural characteristics of the then inhabitants with modern shapes, which is ingenious.
