Transfer service range includes hotels and guesthouses within Hualien city and Hualien Railway Station
Please arrive at the designated pick-up point 1 hour in advance
Travelers who plan to proceed to the tour location (no transfer service) by their own means of transportation are required to arrive at the tour location 40 mins in advance
This tour includes a 40-minute pre-tour briefing and a 2-hour cruise
In the event of non-ideal wind conditions, this trip will be cancelled
The sighting of whales and dolphins is not guaranteed; in the event of an unideal whale & dolphin watching experience, requests for refunds will not be granted
The chance of seeing dolphins and whales is over 90% and dolphins are the most common animals travelers are able to see, the cruise will travel at areas 3–5 nautical miles from the coast during the tour; large whales often show up at Kuroshio Current area 10 nautical miles from the coast; the local agency will do their almost to search for the traces of whales and dolphins; in the event that no dolphins or whales are seen, each traveler will receive a VIP ticket for the next tour; the VIP ticket is a real name-registration ticket with no expiry period, please note that an administration fee of NT$300 will be charged per tour, keep in mind that transfer service is not included
