After your booking is completed, we will try to confirm your booking within 12 hours during working hours. (Working hours: 10:00-19:00)
After the reservation is confirmed, we will send the confirmation information to the email address you reserved. The time of your meal will be based on the body of the email, so please check your email.

- When you arrive at the restaurant on the day of your meal, please show your email confirmation information to enter the restaurant

- For your dining experience to be smooth, please ensure that the contact information you have reserved in Japan is available. If you encounter special circumstances and cannot arrive at the restaurant at the agreed time, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance through IM customer service or 400 phone.

-If you cannot enter the store smoothly, please contact us in time.

1. Japan is a country that values the spirit of contract, so once the reservation is successful,If the restaurant cancels the reservation due to personal reasons or lateness, the meal fee will be fully compensated to the restaurant as liquidated damagesPlease note that this is not refundable and our restaurant is not responsible. Therefore, please consider arranging your itinerary before making a restaurant reservation.

2. If there are any changes to your itinerary, please be sure to notify us in advance (at least three days before the meal, as Michelin restaurants have strict requirements).At least seven days in advanceWhether compensation will be charged depends on the restaurant's implementation and announcement).

3. Please be aware that if the number of travelers does not match the number of people in the reservation, the restaurant may cancel the reservation.

4. A successful reservation means a successful consumption. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled due to your personal reasons, the reservation service fee is non-refundable.
