MPORTANT INFORMATION: Your ticket is non-transferable As a requirement by the UAE Coast Guard, all guests on board MUST carry on them an original & valid form of identification (Passport Only for foreign nationals, Emirate I.D / Passport for UAE residents). If any persons do not have valid ID, they will not be permitted to board.

Meeting Point & Confirmation Contact your local tour operator in advance to confirm your boat’s location and exact meeting point.

Activate WhatsApp and ensure you have a working phone number for smooth communication at the meeting point.

⏰ Meeting Time & Punctuality: Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled experience. Late arrival = Shorter cruise time. No extensions will be provided. If you miss your scheduled tour, it will be considered a "No Show" and 100% of your payment will be forfeited.

Check-In Requirements: Present your voucher at check-in. All passengers must carry a valid ID (Passport or Local EID). IDs must be shown upon request by the tour operator for verification prior to the trip and at check-in.

Tour Timing & Departures: Tours depart strictly on time. Late arrivals: We will try to accommodate your full tour, but if there is another booking right after, your tour time will be reduced.

Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling is only allowed if - The request is made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Weather conditions prevent operation (as decided by management). Other operational issues prevent the tour (as decided by management)
